Beijing is set to hold a hearing to decide on plans to raise the price of public transportation.

The hearing, to be attended by 25 representatives, will focus on two versions of adjustment on ticket fare of the bus and subway. A media survey shows 63 of the 100 respondents support the adjustment.

此次听证会由25位代表参加，主要就公交和地铁票价调整的两个版本进行听证。一项媒体调查显示,100名受访者中有63人支持此次调整。

There are 17 subway lines operating in Beijing, covering a distance of more than 460 kilometers.

北京现有17个地铁线路运营,覆盖距离超过460公里。

The fare for a single journey is 2 yuan per person, regardless of the distance they travel.

不论乘坐距离长短，地铁单程票价均为2元/人。
