　　Do people in your country work longer hours now than in the past?

　　Yes. In the past, many people lived an ordinary nine-to-five life. However,
now many e-commerce companies have implemented 996 work schedule. The 996 work
schedule means that the employee should work from 9 am to 9 pm six days a week.
With the rapid development of the economy, the work culture has also become
extremely intense. According to a report, many of China’s tech companies, such
as Tencent sought employees willing to work around the clock, and now they are
the largest employers. Therefore, companies in other fields have also started to
make their staffs work longer hours in a bid to match their success.

　　What are the advantages and disadvantages of flexible work time?

　　For employees, flexible work time can help them avoid traffic jam and the
stresses of commuting during rush hours. Moreover, some people just feel more
energetic at night rather than in the morning. Thus, flexible work time allows
people to work when they accomplish most, feel freshest and enjoy working. Some

　　However, there are also some disadvantages. Employees who thrive in an
office environment may find it difficult to work when his colleagues don’t hold

　　How do you usually plan your free time?
