　　Man crush is a strong emotion a straight man shows when he respects, admires and idolizes another man, totally non-sexual.

　　Man crush(男人间的欣赏)描述的是一个直男对另一个男人怀有尊敬、仰慕以及崇拜情绪时表现出来的那种强烈感情，而这一切与性无关。
　　《美国俚语词典》将have a crush on someone定义为“对某人着迷，尤其是对于年龄较大、更老练的人”。
　　To be infatuated or enchanted with someone, esp to be secretly in love with someone older and more worldly than oneself
　　但这种着迷的状态发生在男人身上，就成了man crush。
　　美国新闻博客网站《郝芬顿邮报》这样解释：
　　A man crush is something that a straight male has for someone who is usually a public figure, a recognizable name, a celebrity.
　　Man crush指的是直男对其他人的仰慕，通常是对公众人物、名流或者明星。
　　这种感情在女孩之间也存在，叫做girl crush。
